➕ Why spare the bandwidth? What's the added value?

The CU Community is meant to yield long-term benefits for Builders. Part of this equation is creating opportunities and added value that keeps the community members engaged. Our theory of change highlights meaningful working opportunities for Builders but Unplugged Strategies hasn't scaled to provide dozens of Builders opportunities. This could fill that gap.

A summer internship program will:

• provide Builders with internship opportunities
• provide our partners with trained and dedicated young people on staff
• allow us to create another meaningful activation
• giving kids the opportunity to put kids directly in the systems they want to change

Our community of trained and vetted Gen-Zers is looking to work with amazing organizations making meaningful change! The CU team will interview and source and talented young change-makers and match them with your organization for a six-week commitment.
